DESCRIPTION
Winding over the cobalt blue backdrop, Phoebe's floral embellishments were designed to delicately reflect evening lights. Defined at the waist with a crossover trim, the bodice boasts a mesh finish through the sleeves and chest, with a keyhole detail to the neck. Skating over the hips and out into an A-line cut, the wispy skirt falls to a midi length. Fastens with a zip on the reverse.
